Sekaa Gong Jaya Swara

We leave Bali tomorrow. We saw our last Balinese dance performance for awhile last night. It was the Sekaa Gong Jaya Swara group at the Ubud Palace. It was amazing. The gamelan especially was maybe the best, most interesting, tightest we've heard. Which says an awful lot. They're amazing here of course. Imagine any band, group, orchestra, trio, ... playing this well. Pretty exciting. And the music! So I grabbed a couple of videos. Unfortunately I didn't have my better phone-attached microphone, so the sound isn't great. But you will certainly get the idea. And the dancers - and the gamelan's tightness with them. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
