We had three days in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as a gateway between Borneo and Nepal. We stayed in Bukit Bintang and enjoyed a bit of city lights, architecture, street art, and great food. We don’t have a big narrative here. Just want to share some pics.

More architecture. Sorry, no names.

Bukit Bintang

A few remaining examples of earlier KL

One of our favorite restaurants was Turkish and had a running slide show of Istanbul. We were excited to see the acqueduct pop up which we walked across after some guys rigged a ladder for us. Remember, Sereana?!

But back to KL. We found a deep pocket of street art to explore. A lot of it reminded us more of Teresa's painting than we typically see. Enjoyed it.

And celebrated with some fresh durian.

Next stop, Kathmandu.
